I am pretty proud of myself. I am down to about one meal a week that includes meat. I haven't gotten rid of dairy, but I have limited it quite a bit. I just find that I miss yogurt and cheese too much! I found these three recipes on this week and I can't wait to try them :)

Baked ziti and summer veggies
Braised lentils topped with an olive oil egg
