Veggie Meal Plan 1.13.14

Now that everyone is better and the schedules have resumed, we have hit the ground running!  New shop updates, new business ventures, new units to cover in school and I am the cookie manager for my daughter's Daisy Troop.  If you know much about Girl Scouts, you know that we are about to kick off cookie season and it takes up a lot of Winter-Spring.

Something to keep in mind (since I am the CM...)

I just found out that 4 of the cookie selections are VEGAN! Thin Mints (!!!!!), Thanks a Lot, Peanut Butter Patties and Lemonades.  This is so awesome because these are 3/4 of my absolute favorites! It's not good for my weight loss goals though.....
Plus, there is now a Gluten Free cookie - the Chocolate Chip Shortbread
and the new Cranberry Citrus Crisp is low fat with 9 grams of whole grains.

Cozy Millet with Mushroom Gravy and Kale
Sweet Potato Cauliflower Soup
Creamy Avocado Carbonara
