We are really trying to lose weight at our house so I am trying out some new low fat/ balanced meals. We always kept an eye on these things but with our combined 'baby weight" and some health problems, it's really important for us to watch even closer, just for health's sake.
- Vegetarian Enchilada Bake (omitting or replacing with low fat diary and whole wheat tortillas)
- Chopped Apple Salad with Toasted Walnuts and Blue Cheese This is just like the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad from Wendy's, which is my FAVE!
- Grilled Portobello, Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella "Burger" I was once a vegetarian and this is one of those sandwiches that made the whole experience worth it. I LOVE Portobello sandwiches!
